NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION POLICY

By registering for the DSN Virtual Backyard Ultra, participants acknowledge and agree to the following registration and refund policy.

All registration fees are non-refundable. Once registration is completed and payment has been received, all entry fees are considered final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or scheduling conflicts.

• Injury, illness, or personal circumstances.

• Failure to participate in or complete the event.

• Inability to meet the event's requirements.

• Dissatisfaction with personal performance or results.
   

Because this is a virtual event, registration fees help cover event planning, administration, participant materials, and other event-related expenses.
Registration entries are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the event organizer.
In the event that DSN Virtual Backyard Ultra must be canceled, postponed, or substantially changed, the event organizer will communicate any applicable options to registered participants. Any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement in such circumstances will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the change.
By completing registration and submitting payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Non-Refundable Registration Policy.
